How would you rate Omegawalk?
Ordered trainers on 30th July they arrived 7th August I went for 1 walk in them and found the sole was coming away from the edge, the rubber sole in the middle of the foot was more worn than my last pair of trainer which I had had 8 years.
I contacted customer support I was not impressed.... the said I had to pay for the return of the trainers .... this breaks uk laws, they said I couldn't have a refund.... I explained that under UK consumer law 2015 I was entitled to a full refund as I had
1 had the trainers less than 30 days and
2 they was defective as they was falling apart
Footwear should be able to withstand bring used outdoors, without falling apart.
The trainers do NOT meet quality standards as NOT satisfactory in quality
They do NOT meet trading standards
They was NOT fit for purpose
In the 30 days I can Reject the trainers if not fit for purpose
They FAILED advertising claims about the trainers as not as described
The Consumer foes NOT have to pay for postage to return goods with the issues described above
Their response was you can have 60% refund but we will NOT pay for postage.
What a joke Omegawalk do NOT buy anything from this Company

I’m a nurse and spend most of my workday on my feet, so having comfortable shoes is really important to me. I bought the Lumis shoes from Omega Walk and I’ve been very happy with them. They feel supportive and cushioned, and my feet feel much more comfortable during long shifts. I also really like that they look stylish rather than like typical orthopedic shoes. So far, Lumis has been one of my favorite work shoes, and I would definitely consider buying another pair.

Delivery was a bit slower than I wanted, maybe by a few days, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I had kind of been hoping to wear them on a Saturday trip to the grocery store and hardware store, but they showed up after that. The sizing worked out fine too, though I did actually check the chart before ordering instead of just guessing like I usually do.
Overall, I’m happy with them for the price. They’re not some fancy perfect pair of shoes, and I wouldn’t pretend they are, but they’re solid for everyday use. I’d probably order again, especially if I just needed something casual to throw on for errands, walks, or grabbing coffee

At first they did feel a bit firm, and getting used to them took maybe 3 or 4 days for me. They’re not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy with them and would give them 4 stars.

I googled to make sure this was a legit company, it said yes so I ordered some boots because snow was coming. I kept getting emails saying they were on their way, so I finally started tracking them only to find they are based in China and it was a week before they even left the operation center. I tried to cancel the order all together, was told unfortunately it was too late, but they would try to track my order to get them to me in a timely manner. Still haven't received them and just rechecked their return policy and it says I have to pay postage and they take a 15% restocking fee. WHAT? The emails they keep sending state "free shipping and returns". I am usually smarter than this, but I guess I had a moment!! Lesson learned!

“I wouldn't recommend this company. They are in China. Their sizes are off and you will have to pay shipping to China to return them plus lose 15% of your refund for their restocking fee.”

Where are your shoes made? Are they true to US sizing?
“Sizing SMALL and Narrow, cant speak for comfort as they're too small to wear.”
“China. Agreed with the previous answer. Sizes are not consistent and shoes of the omega walk brand fit different even if they are the same size.”
“China. The sizing is wonky. I ordered 2 pair -- one was too big, the other 2 sizes too small. The base is a HARD rubber, totally inflexible. I would recommend going a different direction.”

Are the shoes true to size?
“Nope, not at all. Says the 40 is for 8.5/9. They fit more like a 7-7.5. very narrow in one pair and not in the other, but both ran small with my thinnest socks on. I was in so much pain after wearing them for 20 minutes it woke me up and I had to take an advil. No cushion. My 2 year old Skechers had better cushioning. ”
